Shipping & Returns
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.
Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. All items will ship within 4-7 Business days.The package will be shipped USPS and will have an estimated 12-25 business day arrival.
Our shipping times may be longer than indicated as changing COVID-19 restrictions affect delivery services.
Know that our fulfillment teams continue to send product daily as we take extra precautions to ensure their safety. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Refunds on items eligible for returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund.
Any item returned after 7 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.
Return Process Online
- Once the order has been shipped, you may go online, log-in to your order history, and select "return item(s)."
- From here, please select the item(s) that you would like to return, as well as the reason for return.
Then, you may select two different options:
1. You may receive a full refund amount in Merchandise Credit This Merchandise Credit will never expire.
2. You may also have a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
